Mike is a Fellow of the Institute of Directors, holds NVQ 4 Business Administration in addition to a variety of trade and industry qualifications.
He is very much a ‘hands on’ Managing Director who has worked up through the ranks after twenty years ‘on the tools’ as a highly experienced gas engineer.
Mike’s devotion to BHE Services (Bolton) Ltd is clearly evident. He provides guidance at a strategic level, is decisive and focussed, yet can immerse himself into operational activities. He plays an active role in attending team meetings and it is not unusual for Mike to help out in the call centre. Mike does not distance himself far from the ‘action’ and this ‘hand-on’ approach sends clear messages that his fingers are very much ‘on the pulse..!’
