The requirement of service delivery means that a large proportion of the operation takes place away from the office base. Paul makes sure a range of ‘on-site’ activities run smoothly. He is in daily contact with our team of supervisors and suppliers.
Paul is the company founder’s son, again it can be seen that Paul takes this legacy very seriously. Paul acts as liaison between BHE Services and major clients, he can be relied upon to make sure the processes that are in place to deliver the service actually reach the end user.
Paul’s input into the strategic direction of the company is fundamental to its success yet remains a key player in operational activities at many levels.
