Validate your warranty with an annual service for £5 per month

In order to validate your manufacturers warranty, your boiler will need to be serviced annually. Take the hassle away with Homeguard ONE for new installations.£5 per month – Boiler Warranty Cover.No excess charge if fault related to a boiler under warranty.£45 excess if non-boiler fault. Materials charged extra.

Plan Features

Whats Covered

HomeGuard Three only. Repairs to boiler all parts & labour (not replacements).

If the boiler is beyond economic repair (ie the cost of repair is greater than 80% of the cost of a new boiler) we will offer 10% off our standard installation price. Repairs to cylinder (not replacement).Repairs to radiators (not replacements). Repairs to controls (Inc. ‘Smart Heating Controls’) – replacements covered up to £100 +vat.

Customer to pay additional cost if they want/need more expensive controls. Inhibitor check & replenishment at service. Magnetic filter supplied and fitted at discounted rate of £99 inc vat. 10% discounts on new boilers.

Annual Services

We will carry out a visit to service the appliances included in your agreement once in every agreement year to ensure they are safe and in good working order.

We will check that your boiler, flue and ventilation are working as per current legal requirements and regulations, and we will analyse the combustion gases that your boiler produces using a probe where appropriate.

We will then clean and/or repair it if the tests indicate that this is necessary. This is to help make sure that they are safe and in good working order. We will check your system for inhibitor and replenish if required. We will advise you if there is evidence of sludge or debris in the system and recommend any remedial works as required.

Internet Connected Heating Controls

‘‘Smart Heating Controls’ allow you to control your central heating system remotely. We will only provide cover for the controls and thermostat as long as you have a ‘HomeGuard 3’ policy at the property and up to the value of £100 + VAT.

However,In the event that the control requires replacement , we may not be able to replace it with like for like product. Please note -the cover we provide excludes your broadband connection, mobile phone and any other internet connected heating control equipment whose primary purpose is not to operate your heating system.

Free Magnetic Filter Clean

This includes isolating and cleaning out any deposits from a fitted system filter. Refitting and opening isolating valves, refilling the system and checking for leaks. Repairs and replacements parts for Magnetic filters are not included in any of the Service Plans.

Repairs

If our operative does not have the part needed on his van and cannot source it locally, he will contact the office to establish availability and arrange a further appointment to complete the repair. Where necessary temporary heat will be left at your property.

Payment For Annual Plans

Payment is by direct debit in one annual or twelve equal monthly installments.
