Trusted local experts

BHE believes strongly in gas safety. Our teams are all fully-trained by manufacturers and also through our own in-house training facility, ensuring that knowledge and skills are always up-to-date.

We’re a family-run team, and our traditional family values run through BHE. Engineers are able to call on each other for support during a job, and our experience means you can trust us to deliver a quality-assured boiler service.

Running short on time? We’re an established business and we aim to help you straight away. You’ll speak directly to our Head Office advisers, who will promptly book your service in and coordinate the job. We don’t run a call centre; our Head Office is manned by members of our BHE family.

“I used BHE for the first time this year to service my gas fire and boiler. I was delighted by the service I received, from the friendly team in the office who dealt with booking in my job to the engineers who handled it. The service was complicated but BHE was able to send three engineers to my property and the job was completed same-day. I could tell they were very knowledgeable and I felt reassured. Thank you!” Victoria, Wigan
